Descriptions:
The contract manager will be responsible for reviewing and preparing routine contract documents in accordance with corporate policy. You will be tasked with reviewing and preparing specialised and or non-routine responses for proposals, bids and contract modifications. As the contract manager, you will be tasked with analysing new laws and communicating the results to relevant managers within the organisation. You will also develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiation teams on complex contractual issues.
