Hot dip galvanizing is by bonding with zinc steel at the molecular level. This allows the coat to the entire surface including scratches, holes, joints and even coverage. As this process leads to a metallurgical bond between zinc and steel with a number of different iron-zinc alloys, it covers not only the steel with a layer of zinc, but the other three layers.
