ACT is a non-profit proffesional association, an activ forum of guitar players and guitar fans. We propose to elaborate quality standards and developing young guitarist's abilities and competence, to stimulate the cooperation between guitar schools from different regions and the improvement of the guitarist phenomenon from Romania.
