He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so." Customers is indeed the most important people for any organization. Our business and business growth is dependent on our customer. The employment that an organization has build is because we serve our customers and they pay us.
